Resources
A common theme I get asked is "I just don't know where to start" "I don't know what to read, what sites to look at..." "I don't know what support is out there."
This page is dedicated to resources and places to support groups in the area. If you or a loved one is experiencing a crisis please visit the resources on the "I need help" page.
Whether you're gender diverse yourself, have a friend or loved on who is, or are looking to support someone who is, this page will hopefully provide you a place to start.
Everything on here is publicly available information. The books and podcasts listed are things I listened too or found helpful for myself. It's important to remember that not every gender diverse person will have the same experience, needs or opinions, and while this page was made to be as applicable to as many people as possible there will still be some variance in opinions.
